When will I get my art?

As soon as we get your order, we start custom-making it for you. Average processing and delivery times are below.

Processing Time

All canvas products are manufactured and dispatched within 2-3 days.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping takes between 1-5 days depending on how far away you are from our printing partners.

Can I get free shipping?

Yes! Every order to AU, UK, Europe or continental USA qualifies for free domestic shipping. There are no minimum spend limits.

How will my art be packaged?

All of our canvas art prints are transported in rigid, corrugated cardboard boxes made from recycled materials. This protects the artwork by locking the frame in place during transit.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your completed artwork is shipped out, we will send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

Do you allow free returns?

Yes! Not only will we replace or refund any issues that happen during delivery, but we'll accept returns for any reason for 90 days, no questions asked. If you're unhappy with your new artwork, just let us know and we'll refund you under our 90-Day Moneyback Guarantee.
